Even though there wasn't much Jiu Jitsu in this video, I did hit up all my regular spots with mates while I was down. PFA, MADFIT and Renzo Gracie Cape Town are all awesome gyms to get some training in while down in Cape Town. Otherwise, this is just a sorta highlights of my time in Cape Town in February. Don't worry, I will be returning there again before lockdown began.
